JWP is looking for part-time roadshow promoters for Comex 2008. Interested applicants should meet the following requirements.
1. Able to work for all 4 days (28/8 - 31/8) from 10am - around 10pm.
2.
Interested applicants must have sound knowledge of the DSLR camera
system. An interview session (either through phone or meeting in
person) will be held to select the right candidates. Candidates who are
selected MUST be able to attend a training session at 1pm on 23 August.
Venue will be released to selected applicants.
3. A base flat
rate would be offered (according to experience) and no OT pay would be
paid for the event. However, applicants can expect to earn commission
for the items sold.

Julian W. Photography (JWP) is embarking on a search for part-time interns - dynamic young individuals who are exploring to make a break into the photographic industry in the future.
Kindly note that the selection criteria will be tough, and only shortlisted applicants will get a chance at the intership program. Selected interns can be expected to learn and get involved in the following:
1. The Singapore photographic industry and opportunities in this market;
2. Opportunities in the International Markets;
3. Learn and get involved in the different aspects of commercial photography;
4. Get to work on paid assignments from JWP;
5. Assist (observe and learn) in production work and assignemnts;
6. Learn about photography marketing and get involved in it (not just looking and observing);
7. Dabble in design-related assignments and conceptualisation;
8. Opportunity to get trained as a photography trainer;
9. Opportunity to work under the JWP brand at the end of the internship
Interested applicants MUST fulfil the following criterias:
- Must be between 18-24 years old; other applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Must be highly commited and prepared to work on the internship for a prolonged period of time.
- Must be able to commit AT LEAST 8 hours per week.
- Have basic photography knowledge.
* Note: This is a NON-PAYING part-time internship program. Selected interns will NOT be paid a regular salary. However, selected interns will be trained in various areas where they can quickly earn their keeps (eg. Training, Photoshoots, Commercial Work, Roadshows, etc).
