"Crikey, Crikey!" was the famous word used by the late Steve Irwin in his exhilaration of the wonders of Mother Nature.  It simply means "Wow!" and certainly it sounds like it!  Don't you agree?

And yup...Crikey!  This time round, I will be paying Darwin (Australia) a visit at the end of the month.  A beautifully piece of Mother Nature left pretty much untouched, Darwin sits comfortably at the top of the Australian continent, facing the Timor Sea.  If you like to get close and "wild" with nature, culture and and wildlife, this is ther place you would probably like to visit.

A trip to Darwin will not be complete without a visit to Kakudu National Park, Litchfield National Park and the Katherine Gorge.  Of course, you would have suspected that I will not give these places a miss! 

In addition crocs, birds, kangaroos and hopefully koalas are also high on the hit list...let me know (sales@julianw.com) if there's any images u like me to nab okies?

Oh yes, other than getting more pixs for my image stock library, one of my main objectives is to look into the possibility of organising future photographic expeditions to Darwin.   Please stay tuned to our photographic courses section for more updates about this :)
